Who can join

BullMark is only for adults aged 18 or over. You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

One account per person or couple. You must give accurate information and keep your login details private.

What BullMark is

BullMark is a private directory that helps consenting adults discover and connect with one another. We are not an agency, and we do not arrange, attend or supervise meetings.

BullMark levels, verification badges and member feedback help you make more informed choices. They are not a guarantee of anyone’s identity, conduct or safety, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

What is not allowed

No paid services, escorting, advertising or commercial solicitation of any kind.

No harassment, threats, pressure, or contact after someone has said no or blocked you.

No sharing of another member’s photos, messages or identity outside BullMark without their clear permission.

No fake profiles, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate verification or feedback.

Your content

You own the photos and text you upload. You give BullMark permission to store and display them to the members you choose, only so the service can work.

You must only upload content you have the right to share and that shows adults who have agreed to it.

Moderation and accounts

We may review reports, remove content, adjust a BullMark level, or suspend accounts that break these terms or our Community Guidelines.

You can close your account at any time.

Liability

We provide BullMark as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what members do on or off the platform, including at any meeting.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let members know before they take effect.
