LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Discretion is the foundation of BullMark. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 2026
What we collect
Your email and password to run your account. Your email is never shown to other members.
The profile details, photos and preferences you choose to add.
Messages, introductions, interest, blocks, reports and feedback you send within BullMark.
Identity checks
ID and selfie checks are carried out by our verification partner, Didit. Your ID document and face scan are processed by Didit, not stored by BullMark.
BullMark only receives the result of the check, which is used to show your verification badge.
Photos
Photos are stored privately. Members only see a private photo if you approve their request, and you can withdraw access at any time.
Withdrawing access stops new viewing, but cannot remove a copy someone has already seen or saved.
Feedback and BullMark levels
Feedback about a member is private. It is never shown word-for-word, and the member cannot see who said what.
Members see qualitative levels only, never raw scores.
Shared BullMark cards
A BullMark card is only public if its owner turns sharing on. Cards are unlisted and hidden from search engines, and can be turned off at any time.
Cards never show contact details, reviews, scores or private photos.
Who we share with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help run BullMark (such as hosting and identity checks), or where the law requires.
Your rights
You can view, change or delete your profile information, and ask us to delete your account. If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law, including access, correction and erasure.
